My name is Kyle Rhodes, and I’m a Texas attorney who has decided to limit my practice to the areas of special needs planning and special needs trust law.
If you found this website after searching the Internet, you probably already know how frustrating it can be to try to find trustworthy information about special needs planning. When I first started learning about this area of the law several years ago, I felt the same way.
However, the fact remains that if you truly want to protect your child, you must obtain a basic of knowledge of how to plan your child’s future. Relying on someone else to do everything for you is a good way to spend a lot of money and end up with a plan that isn’t personally tailored to your situation and therefore not very effective.
It’s my goal to earn your trust by providing the most clear and helpful information about special needs planning on the Internet so that you are empowered to make the best possible decisions for your child.
Whether you become one of my clients or not, I truly believe that we as a society have a moral obligation to make sure our children with special needs are taken care of so that they have the same opportunity as all of us to live happy and fulfilling lives.
